Submission Tips

The authors should prepare their submissions according to the following guidelines:

1. The official language for both the paper and the presentation is English.

2. Submitted articles must report original, previously unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should conform to the conference style and will be subject to review and editing.

  1. 3. Please note that if you wish to present and publish your paper, the committee strongly recommends that you submit the FULL PAPER for review. Submitting only an ABSTRACT will be considered as a presenter-only registration. Abstracts will not receive review comments and will not be published in the conference journal or proceedings. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

4. The maximum length for a full paper is 10 pages, including references and illustrations. Papers exceeding 6 pages will incur an additional charge of 70 USD per extra page.

Should you have any questions regarding your paper submission, please send an e-mail to: icima@young.ac.cn

Review Process

By submitting a paper to ICIMA 2026, the authors agree to the review process and understand that all submitted papers will undergo peer review. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the relevant field, selected by the Conference Committee. These reviewers will provide detailed comments. If the submission is accepted, the authors must then submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that incorporates this feedback.

All papers are reviewed using a single-blind process: authors’ names and affiliations are included in the manuscript for reviewers to see, but reviewers' identities are not disclosed to each other, nor are they revealed to the authors.

The Committees of ICIMA 2026 dedicate significant effort to reviewing submitted papers and organizing conference sessions to ensure participants gain the maximum benefit from the event.
