李琳研究员，中国工程院外籍院士、英国皇家工程院院士，国际生产工程学院会士、美国激光学会士、英国工程与技术学会会士，英国曼彻斯特大学终身荣誉教授、从事难加工材料高效激光加工研究工作近40多年，主持了60多项国家及横向研究课题，多项创新激光加工技术及超分辨光学成像技术得到航空发动机部件制造型号应用、机车车体制造、汽车发动机制造、及半导体芯片制造实际产业应用。荣获了英国皇家工程院Sir Frank Whittle Medal奖章、英国皇家协会Wolfson Research Merit 奖、英国机械工程师学会Donald Julius Groen 奖、美国激光学会Arthur Schawlow奖、英国工业激光学会终生成就奖等重要奖项， 曾担任美国激光学会主席、国际光子与激光工程学会主席及英国工业激光学会主席。

Dragos Axinte

University of Nottingham, UK

Dragos is Professor of Manufacturing Engineering in the Department of M3. He held two NATO Research Fellowships in Italy and Denmark and in 2000 moved to UK to carry out research at the University of Birmingham and subsequently at the University of Nottingham. He was appointed Lecturer in Manufacturing Engineering (2005) and successively promoted to Associate Professor (2007), Reader (2010) and Professor (2011). Dragos is Honorary Member of Romanian Academy and Fellow of the International Academy of Production Engineering (FCIRP).
Since 2009 he is the Director of the Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre (UTC) in Manufacturing and On-Wing Technology. Dragos is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Machine Tools and Manufacture and Coordinating Editor of the Journal of Materials Processing Technology.

 

Steven Y. Liang

Professor Liang's teaching interests encompass core mechanical engineering subjects at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including manufacturing processes, materials engineering, and design principles. His instruction emphasizes the integration of theoretical foundations with practical applications to prepare students for advanced study and professional practice. Professor Liang actively involves students in research-driven learning experiences to enhance their understanding of emerging technologies in manufacturing and materials science.

Weizheng Yuan 苑伟政

Northwestern Polytechnical University, China 西北工业大学

苑伟政，男，1961年生，西北工业大学机电学院教授，2006年教育部“长江学者”特聘教授；何梁何利科学与技术奖、全国创先争先奖获得者。中国微纳米技术学会会士/常务理事、中国机械工程学会常务理事、中国微纳执行器与微系统学会理事长、国际工程与技术研究会Fellow等；教育部科技委先进制造学部委员。在航空航天MEMS方面进行了开拓性和系统性研究，获国家技术发明二等奖3项、国家教学成果一等奖1项、授权国家发明专利86项；出版MEMS专著4部和教材2部；在本领域顶级期刊J.MEMS以及科学通报、Advanced Materials、Nature Commun.等国内外著名期刊发表论文 316 篇。 培养出全国百篇优秀博士论文奖、“玛丽居里学者”、“洪堡学者”、IEEE MEMS杰出论文奖、上银中国机械科学优秀博士论文银奖/铜奖，“长江学者”、“万人计划”等国家级领军人才5人，以及国家级青年人才12人。

Weiqian Zhao 赵维谦

北京理工大学讲席教授，入选多项国家领军人才计划，个人荣获光华工程科技奖、全国创新争先奖等。长期从事精密光电检测/监测技术及装备研究，主持了国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项、国家自然科学基金集成项目、国家自然科学基金重大科学仪器研制、国家自然基金重点项目等十余项重大/重点类项目；获得1项国家技术发明奖一等奖、2项国家技术发明二等奖等10余项部级以上科技奖项；发表SCI检索论文150余篇，授权发明专利180余项等。
