Important Information

1. One regular registration covers a paper of 6 pages or less, including all figures, tables, and references.

2. The student registration rate applies only if the first author is a student. A scanned copy of the student ID or a certification letter from the department head (confirming the author's full-time student status) is required.

3. Registering an additional paper requires that the first author is the same for both papers.

4. The link to download the author registration form will be provided in the acceptance letter.

5. Each registration includes conference attendance for one person. Any co-author wishing to attend must register separately as a author or delegate.

Registration Type

Author: Registers to present a paper that will be published in the conference proceedings.

Presenter: Registers to give a presentation at the conference, but the work will not be published in the proceedings.

Delegate: Registers to attend the conference only, with no presentation or paper publication.

Refund Policy

If a participant requests cancellation and a refund for personal reasons, the following policy will apply:
* 60 or more days before the conference: 70% refund of the paid fee.
* 30 to 59 days before the conference: 50% refund of the paid fee.
* Within 30 days of the conference: No refund will be issued.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for issues beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather, venue conditions, travel disruptions, visa denials, or health problems.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the conference dates or venue in cases of force majeure.

  • The committee shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to such force majeure events, and the standard refund policy will not apply.
