Submission Tips / 投稿指南
The authors should prepare their submissions according to the following instructions:
1. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
英语为会议唯一官方语言。会议只接受英文投稿，并且会议现场做报告也只能使用全英文。
2. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
投稿论文须为原创高水平学术论文，一经发现论文存在抄袭或是一稿多投，将直接拒稿。
3. Please note that the committees do suggest you submit the FULL PAPER to review if you would like to either present or publish your paper. One who submits the ABSTRACT will be regarded as a presenter only. All ABSTRACT submission will not get any comments from the committees and will Not be published on the Journal or Proceedings as well. Should you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

4.The maximum length of the full paper is of 10 pages including references and illustrations. If a paper has more than 5 pages, an extra charge (50 USD per page) will be applied.
一篇文章注册只包含5页，如超过5页需缴纳相应的超页费(50 USD/page)。

Review Process / 审稿流程
By submitting a paper to ICIMA 2023, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the related field selected by the Conference Committees, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of ICIMA 2023 invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organising the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
