Important Information/重要信息

1. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. 一篇注册文章包含5页（包括数据，表，参考文献），如若超过5页，需要支付相应的超页费。

2. The student registration fee is only applicable to the First author who is student. (a scanned copy of the student's ID card or a verification letter of the student's full-time status from the department head of the student's current institution) 学生价注册只适用于第一作者是学生的情况，并且第一作者需要提供您的学生证扫面件或者学校开具的全日制学生证明。

3. Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same FIRST authors.只有2篇及其以上的文章有相同的第一作者, 才能享受多篇文章注册优惠。

4. Authors' registration form download link will be indicated on the acceptance letter. 作者注册表下载链接会注明在录用通知书上面。

5. 1 registration includes 1 conference attendance. If any other co-author would like to attend the conference, please contact with the conference secretary to register as a listener. 如共同作者想要参会，建议注册为听众。

Registration Type/注册类型

Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings.
作者身份参会： 审稿后文章被录用，并在会议现场发表演讲，口头报告和海报报告展示均可接受。请投稿全文。 

Presenter: making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
报告者身份参会： 在会议上进行口头报告或海报展示，报告文章仅被收录至会议合集，不出版。

Listener: Participating in the conference only without neither presentation nor paper publication.
听众身份参会： 出席并参加会议，可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。

Registration Fee Include/费用包含

1. Conference kits (name badge, bag, certificate, conference program, souvenir) 
2. Admission to all technical programs (keynote talks, parallel sessions for paper presentations, lab visiting, etc.)
3. Coffee breaks on December 9th, 2023 for author, presenter and listener in the conference site
4. Lunch and dinner on December 9th, 2023 for author, presenter and listener in the conference site
5. Conference proceeding/Journal: Author with paper publication

Refund Policy/退款政策

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committees is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.
* The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
